CÍ DC53 Leather Belt End Punch | Round End & English Point Strap End Punch
The CÍ × bangbang DC53 Leather Belt End Punch is made for cutting clean, accurate belt ends in leathercraft work. It is designed to give a crisp cut, a stable shape, and long-term edge durability without making the blade edge overly thin or fragile.
Made from Japanese DC53 tool steel with factory heat treatment, the material hardness is around HRC 60.
Each punch is made to order and usually ships in around 7 days, so the edge reaches you as fresh as possible, with the sharpness and working life we designed it for.
It is also covered by our one-year warranty for damage under normal, correct use.
Why We Made It This Way
A belt end punch is not just a blade. It is a striking tool.
An extremely thin edge may feel sharp at first, but it can chip or roll more easily in real use. For this tool, we focused on a practical balance: clean cuts, accurate shape, and a durable edge that holds up over time.
Recommended Use
Use with a medium-to-hard cutting board, such as the Yorkshine cutting board shown in the product photos. A board that is too soft can make the cut less clean, require more force, and shorten edge life.
Do NOT use directly on wood, metal, glass, stone, or marble. Hard surfaces can damage the cutting edge and create strong rebound when striking.
Custom sizes are available. Please contact us by email for custom orders.
